Hey it's Gregor Blanco! You may remember him from the 2014 NL Champion San Francisco Giants. Gregor has been a staple in the Giants outfield for the past three seasons.
I picked up his signed 2008 Topps card from a friend on SportsGraphing.com last year.

There was only one card that I really wanted to get signed at the Diamondbacks Alumni Game. It was Mike Hampton's 2008 Topps card.
Most people probably don't even remember that Mike was on the D-Backs. He was only on our team for a little over a month in 2010.
I remember Mike's time in Arizona because on September 4th of that year, my dad and I took my son to his first ever D-Backs game. Before the game Mike signed autographs all the way down the third base line. We had tickets a few rows up and the whole time I was sitting there kicking myself for not bringing his 08 Topps card with me. I've thought about that day everytime I stumble across this card.
After a few years of waiting, I finally got Mike to sign that card. It's the 498th for our set.

I've liked Yunel Escobar since I saw him play in the Arizona Fall League a quite a few years back. The Toronto Blue Jays locked him up with a long term deal last summer so it looks like he'll be a fixture in their infield for quite some time. All of these signed 08 Topps cards we've been posting this week came to us via trade with a friend on SportsGraphing.com# 185 - Yunel EscobarProgress: 466/990
We got Chipper Jones's autograph. No big deal. Okay it's kind of a big deal.

Here goes another signed 08 Topps card. This one is of former Atlanta Braves reliever, Jeff Ridgway. According to his Wikipedia page, Jeff is now with the Washington Nationals organization but hasn't been back to the big leagues since his time in Atlanta.# UH 223 - Jeff RigwayProgress: 369/990

On Saturday we posted the refractor that Casey Kotchman signed for us. Well he also signed his card from the Updates & Highlights set too. Thanks, Casey!# UH 306 - Casey KotchmanProgress: 339/990
Most of the cards I've been posting about lately came to our collection with some help. I haven't sent many TTM requests this season but that's about to change.Today's card is another that Dan from SweetSpotGraphs.com helped us out with. It's of Josh Anderson. Josh has moved around alot in his brief career. Since his MLB debut in 2007, he's played six organizations ( Houston Astros, Atlanta Braves, Detroit Tigers, Kansas City Royals, Cincinnati Reds, and Milwaukee Brewers ).# UH 7 - Josh AndersonProgress: 290/990
I really didn't expect to get this one back. I had written a letter to Mark Kotsay c/o the Red Sox the day before he was traded to the White Sox. I probably should have known better to send out TTM requests right before the trade deadline but I didn't.A big thank you to the Red Sox for forwarding Mark's mail to him in Chicago and another thank you to Mr. Kotsay himself for signing a card for our set!# 642 - Mark KotsayProgress: 280/990
A friend over at SportsGraphing.com helped me out with six signed 08 Topps cards. The fifth card we received is of Atlanta Braves second baseman, Martin Prado. Martin has been up and down between the minor leagues and the Braves since 2006. He will be looking to earn the job vacated by Kelly Johnson this spring.# 651 - Martin PradoProgress: 191/990
A friend over at SportsGraphing.com helped me out with six signed 08 Topps cards.
The first is of the new Diamondbacks second baseman, Kelly Johnson. Kelly's put up some good numbers the past few seasons and should do a great job in the D-Backs infield.# 612 - Kelly JohnsonProgress: 187/990
I'm still trying to catch up on some of the stuff I received around the end of the regular season. I got the Brandon Jones card below in a 50/50 from a friend on SportsGraphing.com who got it signed at a Gwinnett Braves game.# 126 - Brandon JonesProgress: 179/990
Today brought Atlanta Braves outfielder, Matt Diaz. Matt's a solid player and is on a tear right now. I think it's important to note that I recently added him to the roster on my fantasy baseball team.

Former closer and current Atlanta Braves set up guy, Rafael Soriano signed the card below for our set.# 273 - Rafael SorianoProgress: 117/990
One more back today. Atlanta Braves reliever, Mike Gonzalez signed a card for the set. Mike continues to close out games for the Braves and already has 8 saves this season. I remember seeing him pitch during the Arizona Fall League. He was there for two consecutive years in 2001 and 2002 while with the Pittsburgh Pirates organization. Always a nice guy. Congratulations on a solid career so far, Mike!# 488 - Mike GonzalezProgress: 96/990
